Yotam Ottolenghi, a household name and chef, famous for his cookbooks Simple and Comfort, is bringing his new range of sauces and spices to Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. It’s hitting the shelves of Daylesford Trading Co today with a line up include 10 ready-to-use jarred products.
Get ready to spice up your meals with some amazing new Middle Eastern flavours! Check out the Chilli Sauce made with fermented jalapeños—it's perfect for drizzling over salads, eggs, or just adding baked feta. If you're in the mood for something savoury, the Miso Pesto is fantastic for tossing with pasta or spreading on flatbread.
And don’t forget about the Green Harissa, it's kind of like a chilli paste, and it's great for adding to meat, or the Roasted Aubergine & Tomato Sauce, which is just right for lasagna .
But wait, there's more! You’ll also find a Kalamata Olive & Harissa Sauce, a zesty Citrus & Spice seasoning, and a delightful Pomegranate, Rose & Preserved Lemon Harissa paste. Pomegranate and rose are stars in many of Ottolenghi’s recipes, so this jar might just become your new favourite!
