Monica Galetti is a well-known chef in the UK, born in Samoa and raised in New Zealand. After 12 years at Le Gavroche with Michel Roux Jr., she opened her London restaurant, Mere, in 2015, which is now ranked 7th in the National Restaurant Awards. A regular judge on the UK's MasterChef.
