Bob Dylan, famous for over 600 songs and 46 albums selling 110 million copies worldwide, received many awards, including the Kennedy Center Honor, French Commandeur des Arts et des Lettres, Sweden's Polar Music Prize, an Academy Award®, a Golden Globe®, and numerous Grammys®. In 2008, he got a Pulitzer Prize Special Citation for his impact on music and culture. His 2009 album, "Together Through Life," was a chart-topper in the US and the UK.
Jon J Muth, known for comics and now celebrated for children's books, made the transition over two decades ago. His Caldecott Honor book, "Zen Shorts," was praised by Kirkus Reviews as "as perfect a picture book as can be." With translations in over a dozen languages, Muth, residing in New York, also earned an Eisner Award for "The Mystery Play."
