Pocha is a Korean cookbook inspired by pojangmacha—the tented street stalls found across Korea that serve simple, affordable comfort food.
In this book, Su Scott returns to the streets of Seoul where she grew up, sharing 80 easy, innovative recipes inspired by Korea’s late-night food culture. The dishes are fun, flavour-packed, and designed for home cooks, featuring favourites like corn dogs, fried chicken, kimchi pancakes, and perilla oil noodles.
Filled with vibrant photography from Seoul, Pocha captures the atmosphere of bustling markets and street food stalls while telling a personal story of home and heritage. A love letter to Korea.
