About the Authors
Maria and Eva Konecsny founded Gewürzhaus in Melbourne in 2010. Today, their stores across Australia offer more than 350 single-origin spices and over 100 small-batch blends.
Ellie and Sam Studd are Australian cheese experts and educators and the children of renowned cheesemonger Will Studd. They grew up visiting artisan cheese producers across Europe and now curate the “Selected by Will Studd” range, host tastings and masterclasses, and contribute to food media.
